This consistently busy hotel, is located at Crocker Park, an upscale lifestyle center and mixed use development in Westlake, Ohio. The $11,785,000 hotel is highly visible from Crocker Road and sits adjacent to one of the primary entries into Crocker Park. As the lifestyle center has grown, a new parking structure was built and left an existing parking lot available to become the site of this new Hyatt Place.

 

This project endured a challenging winter where time was lost to weather delays. However, we were still able to complete the project on schedule. The project scope also included site enhancements and landscaping creating an inviting connection to the lifestyle center. Amenities include a conference room and indoor swimming pool. An area to the north of the hotel has been set aside for a future restaurant.
