1000 Speer

Snavely Group was the owner and developer for this 16-story, 415,000 SF high-rise apartment building that features 224 apartments. This project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED certification and includes a 6-story parking garage with 270 spaces, amenity deck with zero-edge pool, virtual golf simulator, fitness center, club lounge and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains to the West and panoramic views of downtown to the north. 

This $75 million project was completed in 2016 and sold soon after for $120,000,000, setting a price per unit and price per square foot record in the State of Colorado.  

1000 Speer is located within the vibrant and walkable Golden Triangle area, just south of the Central Business District and is within minutes from Cherry Creek, I-25, the Denver Center of Performing Arts and the Denver Art Museum.
